Oh yeah! The grumpy kitties used to have "kitty olympics" in our bedroom about 3 A.M. , until we got the grumpy pups!

I'm going to have to run over to DTD to see if they have the shirt, and if not I guess I'll be ordering it online.
Check the Disney Store. I got my Axiom shirt there.

WALL-E will be available on DVD November 18.
Yes, I was notified by email from Amazon that they will have it then. I cannot wait! Then I can just plop my big fat ass in front of the big fat big screen TV we have and watch it over and over.

Although it is gonna get lots of competition from the gazillions of old musicals I just ordered.

I am in love with a dead man.

I could watch Fred Astaire over and over and over. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...he is so romantic! I have been drooling over my keyboard for weeks now at youtube just watching all the old clips of Fred and Ginger. He cheers me up. I have been going around the house singing and dancing! I am finally in a great mood! YAY!

As for my little kittys leaving me a present, they know better. They always come and curl up right next to me at night. They love their mommy, they would not do a dirty little deed like that! Not MY kitties. :cat1:

Susi - It is good to hear that you are feeling so much better and are dancing and singing your way around the house. :)

Susi and Bru - Is it easier to find Wall-E toys in the stores now that the new animated Star Wars figurines are being advertised so heavily? I missed out on getting some Wall-E toys at Toys-R-Us and the other places and I don't particularly want to buy on E-Bay unless I can find some really good bargains.

Hey Wazz, I haven't been shopping in weeks too busy with everything going on and I was just going to suggest Toys R us online but it looks like they don't have a lot of the smaller variety action figures there anymore! I'm shocked! I don't know what to tell you, maybe try WDW merchandising or the disney shopping site they probably have a larger selection still available (am headed off to check there in a minute.

Which reminds me...I got a notice from TRU via email that my Ultimate Wall E was 'on backorder" now it wasn't supposed to ship till like September something but I wonder now that it's not showing as available on the website if I'll get mine! I have to call them Tuesday if I remember. Big IF LOL.

I have to order a couple things from Disney shopping before they're all gone, I want that poster for my kitchen...

I've been in and out of the house on such short notice lately though ordering anything is a risk might get taken off the step if I'm not home.

It's coming out in November...god, I wonder if I'll get to watch it again with my Dad...he loved it so much. I wish it was coming out sooner.

Bru,

Maybe it's time to try for a Magic Moment for you and your dad. Write to Bob Eiger and tell him the story. You may get nothing or you may get...

All it'll cost you is some time to write and a stamp.

Great idea Hobie! That just might work!

I got the same email from TRU about the Ultimate! Just waiting. :)
There are still Wall-E items all over eBay. Theat is a good place to pick up some of the stuff you may not have found at the Parks or Disney Store. There are some great sellers there. I buy a lot of my Disney and old classic musicals there. Oh, and Amazon MAY have some Wall-E stuff. You just gotta google Wall-E merchandise. It wil come up and I bet it takes you to eBay straightaway.

I found one of the movie posters at eBay, a poster that was used in a theatre and Ralph took it to Michael's and had it custom framed. It is huge! It looks so good. I will try to get a pic of it later and post it here. It is beautiful. Ralph did a great job of picking out nice wood framing for it.

And I found some great pictures online that I am making into transfers to make my own custom Wall-E tee shirts. You won't be able to find any of them anywhere, unless you make them yourself. I like to make my own tee shirts with prints and art work I find online. As long as I don't sell em and make a profit, (I only make one for myself) then it is okay. And then everyone wants one...oh well....

At work we just hired a new sales person, of course his name is none other then wally (or Wall-E) as I like to call him.

Whenever his name comes up I try to mimic Eva's voice and call out "Wall-E" to which my co-worker in another office replies "Eva"

Seems her and I are the only Disney fans in the office, so everyone else is outta the loop. We shall convert them... slowly but surely!

ooo oo I am i am!!!

You know I completely forgot about the post I wrote awhile back wondering if I'd get to watch Wall-e with my dad in November. Hobie, somehow I missed your reply, sorry about that!

I'm happy to say though *tearfully* that he's still here and my preorder is already set and I hope this time next week we'll be sitting in his livingroom watching Wall-e together!!!

where is the kleenex?????!!!!! Reading that post really drives home how bad things have been and how many blessings we still have to count.

Wow.
