I know you! You're the one who always comes through my area's breakroom when you rotate to greeter/FP taker ;) .

But really, my Space Mountain SGT this summer: those SGs who find it funny to throw things down on our seating area from the queue. If that's funny, it makes you wonder what they find hillarious  .

1. [Guest at Fastpass Machine] "How come it won't take my dollar?"
Awesome.
3. "How long's a 55 minute wait?" (FYI... its 5 minutes short of an hour wait)
Can't stand seeing weird wait times. Just round up to an hour for goodness' sake! (Although we used to get this at Splash in the days of 5-seater logs, when we'd get up to a 120 minute wait... and everyone would stare at the posted time, then come up to you & ask, "So does that mean an hour and twenty minutes?" So annoying. But luckily that's a bygone era now.)
7. Guests who want Row 1 on a ride that's in the dark.
Guilty.
18. "How do I get to Rock n' Rollercoaster?"
YES!!!

That's okay, we get our revenge when they try to hop back over the chains and eat it hardcore on the cement. Usually ends in bruised arms, a broken ego, and shattered electronics (phones/cameras), though I did see a teenage girl knock a tooth out once. I recommend people try not to land directly on their mouth...

OK, I've done that at WDW's Space Mountain. It really is a different experience when you can't see anyone else in front of you, just the starry void.
No-Holds wrote: 9. [Guest at Dispatch] "Someone pee'd on the seat" (so... why did you sit down?)
I've never had this problem, but you are loading pretty fast an might not notice until after you sat down.
No-Holds wrote: 11. [Rocket full of big (gay) bears that gets pulled off for being too heavy] "This happens every time!"
Could you imagine if it was country bears? :D:
No-Holds wrote: 15. Guest who lost dentures on the ride and insisted on having them back. 2-hour downtime with cast members crawling all around the mountain searching. (Anything that touches anything in the mountain should probably not go into your mouth, don't care how much you clean it).
Wow, I thought the official line was that you never shut down for lost and found and would have to wait until the next morning. But I can imagine dentures being quite expensive to replace (plus they'd take a while -- the rest of the vacation could be ruined). I think the denture's could probably be sterilized. After all they are a medical prosthetic and designed to work in an area with lots of naturally occurring germs. Probably a soak in pure alcohol would do the trick (or RUM if you're a pirate).

Great first post and welcome to SGT!

Any other Space CMs out there (DLR or WDW)?

At WDW's Space Mountain, I specifically request to NOT be in row #1 or Row #4, due to less leg room. DL's Space it doesn't matter where I sit.

Odd.... My tall friend prefers rows 1 and 4 in WDW's Space Mountain.

I could imagine it is similar to working at the Mummy at Universal...

1) Large guests who can't take the hint they are too large to ride and insist on squeezing into the seat, holding up dispatch and causing back up and auto- Estop.

2) front row requests ( 3 in a row).

3) After waiting in line for an hour and they get to the front, " Oh this is a roller coaster?"

4) And yes.... people who think we are going to shut down the ride so we can get their iPod back.....

The thing about the ADA rocket cracks me up.... "this isn't on the track!" God, how annoying. OH, the fire alarm thing, even worse, bomb threats, the guests don't know why they are being shoved out the door, but you do, and as a CM you can say anything.

ALL GUESTS, LISTEN UP: If CM's are rushing you out of the attraction with no explination or fastpass, leave! Bite your tounge and leave, it is porbably a false bomb threat and there is NOTHING the CM's can do, but make sure you get out safely.
