Lots of people ask the characters stuff/to do something from their movie.

I am from Canada..

While we were down the WDW earlier this month, i had another guest ask where I was from, then they said "Wow you speak really good American! Can you say something Canadian for me?!"

I just stood and said.. "uhm.. hi there.... I am Canadian...."

i can just imagine what they would do with the Characters :)

Susi and I asked Stitch to come with us to Hawaii....Stitch started to walk away with us as we waved Aloha to our Husbands..... :p:

We didn't go, though, apparently Stitch had to finish the Shift at the breakfast buffet :(

Wow, you type really good American! Can you...

Sadly, this is certainly not abnormal. I've watched as people from other English-speaking countries at Epcot are told (or asked) things along the same vein.

Being out of costume, I could shake my head and laugh and get away with it.

I haven't asked a character to do something from their movie but I have used their movies for ideas on how to interact with them.

The other day I was working the register at the back Photopass counter in Exposition Hall. Prince John had come by a couple of times going to and from the offset location there so I decided to think up something from Robin Hood to have fun with him. When he came by one time I sang "The false king of England" line from the song in the movie. He didn't like that to much, he gave me two thumbs down and went "pbbbbbttt!"

Around here, however, we don’t look backwards for very long.

We keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new things, because we're curious…
and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.

One day, I was just coming out onto Town Square when several characters were going off set. As Stitch came up to me, I said, "Here comes Trouble!"

He took some exception to that remark, putting hands on hips and giving me his best glare.

I simply pointed behind him and added, "And here it comes now."

When he saw Donald coming up behind him, I got the biggest high-four!
