As you might know, I was recently trained Cashier. We're generally short on Cashiers across DLR Foods, so I've been bouncing around the resort like a CM-ping pong ball.
In the course of all this, I've come to a simple realization: your average SGs suffer a mental collapse when they encounter a restaurant menu.
I've had guests ask for a "Cheeseburger without cheese", and when I read back an order and say that they want a Hamburger, they insist that they want a Cheeseburger without cheese

Those guests who wait until I've rung up their purchase and printed the receipt to give correct change. They think that they're making things easier, when in reality they're making it harder since I have to break out the Calculator in order to ensure that I'm giving them correct change.
And those large tour groups that, for whatever reason, don't want to call ahead or stop by Guest Relations/City Hall so that their food is waiting for them when they arrive. Instead, they come up to the counter, and order 150 burgers, bringing everything (including the taking of new orders) to a halt while we make their order, thus inconveniencing themselves and the other guests.
Anyway, that's my rant for the fortnight. Enjoy :) .
