They grow Mickey shaped pumpkins in one of the Land greenhouses. They are neat looking.
Around here, however, we don’t look backwards for very long.

OK, maybe this is the thread to ask.....
Does anyone know anyone who grows square pumpkins?
I need to make a Wall-E pumpkin for our yearly Pumpkin carving contest at work, and I'm tired of administration winning.
I think it was fixed last year, I thought my Stitch Pumpkin would have won

I would say take a tip from WDW and get to the container store and get a plastic box, and grow one in it!DisneyMom wrote:OK, maybe this is the thread to ask.....

Sure, you can shape most veggies to any way you want. I think a square one is grown inside a concrete block. But there are gourds you can tie rags, etc., to in order to shape the gourd the way you want for its intended purpose. The Native Americans have done that for ages. Seed to maturity time would be the same as if it were grown normally. Some seed houses actually sell molds you can put on just developing squash, etc., to make them have a funny face when mature. You can also do it with an oddly shaped bottle or other container, like a take off on the old ship in a bottle puzzle.

MSNBC reported that it's actually the petrified skull of Steamboat Willie. A 747 full of Disney lawyers has been dispatched to sue the farmer into the Stone Age.Canuikstan wrote:
