Hmmm, "shiver me timbers" takes on a whole new meaning!

no wonder they say 'Arrrrrrrhhhhhh!"
A few of them probably wouldn't have minded, many pirates enjoyed the "company" of another man.

Yes, there was one about the Royal Navy being over run with hippies and cannibals.. The expedition to Lake Pahoe..

Ha, still funny!

I had never seen the lake Pahoe one. Of course the Army one is classic.

The one I was thinking of was they were dressed in old uniforms, and it was set during the Sailing days of the British navy. There was something about being at sea for years and the need to sign on cabin boys and get supplies to sail around the cape or some such.

They were going to amputate a cabins boys leg because it had gotten wet.

maybe a SNL bit?

Only saw it many years ago, and don't think I have seen it since.

Hello! Well, it's just after eight o'clock, and time for the penguin on top of your television set to explode.
