I just realized today where this came from,
It's Whistle Stop by Roger Miller from Robin Hood.

I discovered this same thing back in 2002, when my kids and I watched Robin Hood in preparation for our first family trip to WDW, but yes -- I learned it as the Hamster Dance first. Supposedly it was Disney that shut the original site down because of copyright infringement, but I've never seen anything confirming that.

I'm gonna have this tune stuck in my head all night!

"Excuse me, are those ducks real?"
"Yes, sir, but the water is fake."
