Sounds like the time my friends and I were on Pirates, with an empty row in front of us. I decided to jump to the empty row just as we were traveling under the Davey Jones fog waterfall thingy. They went ballistic when they saw I had moved :D

I was going to give the friendly advice to not admit this kind of behavior on here as it could get him labeled as an SG and then we would have to create another site because they have infiltrated this one, and that would inconvenience everyone.

I wouldn't do that as a CM, not only could they kick you out of the park for that, if they find out you are a CM you can lose your job.
ETA: woops, didn't see that you are a Knott's person. You can still get kicked out of hte park for that, if Iwas the CM working security would be there in heartbeat. I don't put up with behavior like that, if you get killed on my ride for your own stupidity, I'm still going to have to deal with the questions, the incident report, all the bad press, etc. If DL's is like WDW's, there is a drop right after Davy Jones (If I recall correctly) make that a very stupid maneuver.

Fortunately, the drops on Pirates DL are both well before Davy Jones. But it's still a stupid and, potentially, dangerous thing to do.

Today my sister and I were at NFFC . We decided to meet up with a few friends at DCA. We went on the Toy Story Midway Mania. The second time we wanted to go on it, it was down. These SG in front of us was ticked off and wanted to ride it. Obviously this guy did not quite get the answer he was looking for. My sister's friend told they guy, if the ride went down, it is not working and the cast members do not have a magic wand. The guy finally gave up and walked away. 15 minutes after he left, the ride cam e back up.

Why would you do that? That is
extremely dangerous.

I will be your guide for this magical journey into the movies. It's the perfect job for me, because I love movies! Is everybody ready? Great, because it's showtime. Ready when you are, CB!

Jumping up during the Davy Jones effect is EXACTLY what some kiddies were doing while being tailed by undercover Disney Security one time we were on POTC....
I'm thinking they were pulled aside after the ride.....
