If I'm not mistaken, PT is less than 25 hours scheduled based upon availability and need, FT is 32 hour minimum scheduled. 40 hours is not guaranteed for a FT CM.

That sounds right to me. I know the minimum for FTers is 32 but they try to schedule 40 depending on business needs.
