Re: Stop, collaborate and listen!
Yes, it is Vanilla Ice. My wife and I see celebrities all the time when we eat. We saw Dexter Coakley at this place called Jinbeh, a sushi/teppanyaki place here in town. We sat at the same table with him and he commented to his wife that my wife was funny. We went to Marble Slab and saw Tony Dorsett. He looked familiar but I couldn't place him, until this older man leaving told his granddaughter, "look honey, that's a hall of famer!" We also saw Jay Z at a Cheesecake Factory in Houston once.
I was showing my neighbors (turns out my neighbors wife dated Vanilla Ice when he was Rob Van Winkle) and we joked how it was fitting we'd see him at a fast food joint like Raising Cane's Chicken. I was joking that I should have gone up to the counter and said "Let me pick up that super size for you." He was nice about the photo, we did wait until he was done eating and then asked. He same in like 5 minutes after we did, so we didn't have to wait around and stalk him. As you can see, Abby was NOT impressed. She is a big fan of Red, of Red Robin - Yummmmm!, fame :D:
Way to go Pattimelt! You guessed it first, even with my failed photo posting :D:

Vanilla Ice reminds me of being back in high school. In 1990. Wearing my Polo shirts, Girbaud jeans and Birkinstocks!

NOW I'm showing my age...

With the title you gave, that was the ONLY thing I could think of-- because I used to work in the music industry, it seems that if I read lyrics, the song automatically comes to mind and instead of reading, I can hear the song..

I totally do! Kurt Loader looked like he wanted to punch Ice in the face for wasting the brain energy it took to process that.
Oh Kurt Loader, you've been replaced by Chris Norriss who's going to be replaced by some other 30 something year old.

Yeah, he was happy to take a pic with our daughter. He was really cool about it, but like I said, we did wait until he was done eating.Notatourist wrote:I'm still glad that Queen won the lawsuit years ago....
