Okay, check out the merch at the end of this article:

http://micechat.com/forums/blog.php?b=441

The Wall-E plush is available at the parks! I am gonna get one! I am gonna get one! Bru, do you want me to pick one up for you? It is so CUTE! Now I really can't wait to go next week! I tlooks like we are gonna go!!!!!

Ralphie went to The Disney Store (now owned by Disney again! Hooray!),
yesterday afternoon. He picked up the 3 pin set of Wall-E pins available only through the Disney Store. He also found two tee-shirts for me, one is a big Wall-E on the front, the other is a nice logo of the Axiom Streamliner. He also got me a Wall-E notebook, every page has his picture on it. AND, there was a 24X36 litho in a cheapo frame that he got for me. The clerk said each store is only getting one, so I got it! It is a pretty nice poster. I am going to have to reframe it, but it is very nice.

I am more excited than ever to see his story! It is gonna be so good!

Blame it on Chuck Norris.

OMG!!! TRU.com hiked the price of the Ultimate Wall.E by sixty bucks overnight!!! he's 249.99 now! Can you imagine what they'll go for on Ebay at christmas???? If i was evil I'd buy an extra but I couldn't live with scalping some parent wanting to give it to their child for the holidays.

They had already raised the price once the day after I pre-ordered and TRU said again today they will honor the price on my pre-order receipt, I'm going to hold them to that.

I am so amazed usually whenever I buy something the reverse happens and it goes on sale the day after my period for price adjustment goes out of effect LOL.

Susi it is so sweet of you to offer to get me some plush but I'm saving my pennies up for my Ultimate :) Besides, the cat would probably steal the plush now that I think about it LOL But thank you so much for offering!!! :)

WOW! That is a hike allright! They know they got a winner on their hands! This is gonna be BIG! BIG MOVIE! BIG MERCH! BIG PRICES!

Bru, If you want a plushie, I want to get one for you as a gift! Let me know! I know you LOVE Wall*E and the plushie is very cute! You NEED one! ;)

Yeah, Ktulu, they closed our local store, but we have 3 in the Denver metro area, so we have to drive a little further to get to it. I know they closed a whole bunch of stores. It was pretty saturated. I think they will do better with fewer, but I feel bad for those who do not have one close by their area and have to go a long way to get to one. They are going to have great stuff again, tees for adults and other great merch they did not carry when
Children's Place ran it. I am happy Disney is back!

Can't wait to get to DL and get that Plushie! and the rest of the Wall*E stuff! Yippee! Ralphie made resses for us at the Sheraton near DL today. We ARE going! This will be the last trip for me for awhile! :( Maybe by Christmas we can make our usual holiday trip to DL. I hope. I will probably still need an ECV so as not to overdo it too soon, but I hope we can make it. I think our usual Fall trip to Calif to visit the folks and Santa Cruz (chocolate covered bacon) and then DL is out. It is all gonna depend on how I feel in late Sept to early Nov. Maybe we can squeak a trip in. Gotta get some of that choc. covered bacon! :D:

FUN! FUN! FUN!

If Chuck Norris was there the first person who came through the doors would buy everything. I blame the suits at Disney, thankfully there are 8 billion malls in the area, and at least one of those with a Disney store.

They closed our local Disney store a couple years ago, but there was one over in Alabama at the outlet mall about 45 minutes away. Then they closed that store this winter while they were remodeling the mall, and it was supposed to open in April or May. However, it seems to have closed permanently and now I have to go to Mobile to find Disney stuff. Rats!!!

I wonder if it is Disney raising the price on Wall-E or if it's the merchandisers. Isn't that price gouging if they raise it up so much all of a sudden like that?

Market demand will set the price. When demand drops off the price will too.
