but let me say this too...my kids were really small (but talked very well...we couldn't take the chance that a cm might ask them how old they were...and, god help us, we taught them to tell the TRUTH)...but it didn't keep me from paying the correct entrance fee to get them in...we'd go during the summer and would just make sure to go before our daughter's birthday in august (the other 2 were born after summer)

See, right there is something that Disney should put out to the press. If you want to take full advantage of good prices, arrange to have all of your kids born AFTER summer vacation, that way you get a break for a few years on the price!!!

hehehehe

Sorry, but I have to agree w/ the "others" who said they would say that the child was 2. We have at times had 5 people in a single hotel room, when there was only supposed to be 4.

Is the only reason you did that to save money? Why did you feel that the rules Disney sets are not meant for you? If every person did that, don't you realize how over-burdened the bus systems would be? How crowded the food courts and the pool areas?

And while I do think it is wrong to say the child is 2 for room occupency reasons, the bigger wrong, if you will, is then not paying for a park pass. Or for meals. That is not just a few dollars we are talking about. If you can't afford to pay for all of your family members to go to Disney, then don't go. Stealing is not the answer.

I think it is too bad that Disney doesn't ask for birth certificates when you check in. They could even issue some sort of pass for the infants, stating that they are actually under the age of 3. That would keep people from having more people in the room than allowed too. Everyone would have some sort of pass, and you could only get one at check-in.

Actually I remember a promotion about 15 or so years ago that with a Cheerios Coupon, your child could get into Disneyland free the month of their birthday- and you brought their birth certificate to prove the month. I think us adults got in for about 20 bucks.....
In the future, we'll all just have implanted chips to ID us and our eligibility to get into Disney Parks! :p:
It might make Pattimelt's job easier! ;)

We just need to shift to the multi-pass system! That way you can buy your ticket before you even get there!!

I think it's wrong to intentionally cheat the system like that.

I'm thinking Key Lime Pie.

Bad enough a few people have handles that make me hungry (pattimelt, for example), but do you have to rub it in? I'm not starving, just oversensitive to food references. I've got three boxes of cook and serve pudding in the cupboard; tapioca, chocolate fudge, and pistascio nut. Which one should I make first? Oh, gotta wait 'til mom and I have finished off the ice cream sandwiches first.... :D:
