Definitely a kill switch on the back of the seat. Some people should not drive an ECV let alone push a wheelchair. LOOK NO HANDS as granny goes rolling down hill. Anyone can rent an ECV from Disney that is old enough. It does not matter if you have nap attacks, drink and drive or are blilnd.
