Y'ves Saint Laurent will not be down to breakfast...

The famous fashion designer died today. He was one of the top designers of couture clothing. Most of us would never be able to afford his clothing, but you could see it on red carpets all over the world....

Yes, it's the end of an era. . .

. . .but just tell me, where the heck would you honestly wear this?

My husband says if I crochet a replica, he'll wear it to a Lions game LOL Of course I know he'd never do it.

He's a baseball fan.

I had one of his suits when I had to wear suits. Chicks dug it.

What was that garment supposed to be--a combination sleeping bag, mummy outfit and straightjacket?

I'm having trouble seeing--the past week and a half I thought I got pinkeye, but apparently it's turned out to be shingles, around my right eye and right side of my face. I'd post pictures, but I don't want anybody to puke on their computers. Know what's ironic? They have a vaccine for it, but you have to be 60 years old or older to get it. Trouble is, shingles hits about 10 years sooner than that.... :(

I think you hit the nail on the head with your assessment of that ensemble! I was going to add method of birth control because no one could possibly look sexy wearing that thing.

I'm so sorry to hear that you have shingles! I've heard they are incredibly painful, and anything to do with the eyes- believe me esp. with my recent experiences my heart goes out to you.

Get well soon!!!

My mom just had a bout of shingles. She said it was painful. Hope you get through it quick and painless!
