We always take trip insurance! It helps out in those cases. We never paid the extra 300, cause it was not currently available and they were hoping it would be when we went in May and we would have added it when we got to WDW.

Ooh...Thanks...did not see them. Tired from all that fun at WDW...hehehe

ARRGH! Can't do it.

Would that be Knott's or DCA?
:hysteria: Excellent Zazu!
BTW, I am sorry we missed you at the Giant Toaster. We never did stop over there this trip. We had planned to stop in and say hi and check out the new refurbs, but it was always late when we left MK and we were tired and my back was hurting, so we needed to get back to our room and lie down. Next trip...I will have my legs back! :)

I asked on kbfdrama, and they said someone who had gone to Knott's recently confirmed that they do indeed sell FOL passes. For details, I suggest checking the Knott's site.

Just as well, I probably wasn't there anyway. I've only had like four shifts since the end of February. What happened? All of our CPers stayed! Who knew that was possible?

WHAT?!?! In my area nearly all of the CPers went home so we are VERY short handed right now. Apparently we also regularly have a lot of call-ins which makes things even worse. I've been having 6 day weeks lately and 60+ hours and this week is 70 hours and most shifts have been over 13 hours long (that's killer, praise be I have tomorrow off). I understand that all the full-timers are on mandatory 6 days this week and a number of the CRs, CTs, and the few ICPers left have a good bit more hours than normal. Yesterday half our positions didn't even get picked up in the morning that should have we were so short. Management has been forced to put some of the put-away crew on registers which is something we try to avoid.

Last week I had a stock shift. Started at 9:00 and was supposed to get off at 10:30. Wound up being the only stocker the entire day and was asked to extend until 11:30 which I did as I didn't want to leave my area without a stocker. That was a long, hard day. One stocker is usually fine in the morning and late evening but in the middle of the day we need more. It is hard enough to keep our 4 Squeeze-Breeze carts stocked and full of ice during the day let alone keep all our shops and carts stocked with what they need. When I went on my breaks that day it left us with no stocker and while usually the coordinators will do a decent job picking up the slack they don't always. On one of my breaks one of the carts called the stocker for something but I didn't answer as I was on break and nobody else answered so it was longer than it should have been for that cart to get what they needed. Thankfully it wasn't something a guest wanted right then.

Around here, however, we don’t look backwards for very long.

Universal Florida has One Day Express Passes for sale. The pricing depends on the anticipated crowd level. They are only valid for each attraction once.

Pricing for either IOA or USF for one day can be $19.99, $25.99, $35.99 or $45.99 (plus tax)

Pricing for both IOA and USF for one day can be $25.99, $30.99, $40.99 or $50.99.

(This is per their web site). Pricing is over and above park entry.

I still have my legs here with me, but unfortunately they don't work so well... :( After surgery July 2nd for disc replacement, I am hoping that I will have my legs in better working order by our next trip to WDW. I should be walking more, maybe I won't even have to use wheels. Now that is a dream in the year of a million of em!

With all that time off, you better be working on a book! We all know you can write well and we are waiting for an interest catching tome from the great and literary Zazu! :D:

Get those legs working so you can run the beach if you come to Hawaii.

Hey Susi - Maybe those surgeons can get you looking and running like Bo!! Wouldn't THAT be a miracle surgery?? Not that you aren't as attractive as Bo, just in a different way. Maybe I'll just shut up now.
