OK..now I am confused. I thot that the Country Bears is an attraction that is unique to WDW only. Was there one in DL also?. I was talking about the WDW one btw. Country Bears and Pooh buildings are in different lands down in Florida. Regardless you got the names right. Must go look at wikipedia now.
Did some searching....There was a Country Bear attraction in DL and there was also a Mile Long Bar General trivia question (NOT A GAME ONE?) cause I am curious. Where those heads ever actually in the Mile Long Bar there? I know they are now in the Pooh attraction at DL and they wre in the Bear attraction but were they in the Mile Long Bar also?
Suggestion................Maybe from now on if we are asking a question the person asking means to pertain to a specific Disney park maybe we ought to note that in the question.

CHURCHY---I did some research on Yesteryear.com and found this...It is the only thing I think even remotely fits your clues....They are a chemical company (among other things) but I couldnt find anything on Helen Larson, did she loan to the fashion exhibit?
Fashions and Fabrics Through the Ages (1965-1966)
See the history of women;s attire from the stone age to the space age in this exhibit by Monsanto
Monsanto has been the corporate sponsor of many attractions at Disneyland and Walt Disney World.
At Disneyland they include:
Hall of Chemistry
Fashions and Fabrics through the Years
House of The Future
Adventure Thru Innerspace(is this the scary ride?)

Interesting side note. The Western Costume Company does not own the Original Ruby Slippers thou, they own one of the surviving backup pairs that
were made for the movie. the original ruby slippers were stolen from the prop master a week after the movie was completed.

Good idea. I will update the rules.
As for what is unique to WDW (specificly the magic kingdom) and DL... Most of what Magic Kingdom has, Disneyland had first, and maybe vice-versa. But I think, due to space constraints, Disneyland closes the less popular rides faster even though WDW might still have them...? That probably doesn't make sense.
Legend: Alligators dwell in the sewers beneath Disneyland.
Truth: There are no sewers below Disneyland, and therefore no alligators in them. The secret tunnels are infested with mutant rats, however.

Yes, there was a Country Bear Playhouse at DL which opened in March of 1972. Max, Buff and Melvin were audioanimatronic heads on the wall in BOTH theaters. So there were doubles. I have heard that they are still there, in the Winnie the Pooh building. I think CBeilby told me that. As for the Mile Long Bar at DL, I believe their heads were there too, but not AA, just still.

Yes to both. The old Audio-Animatronic heads are above you as you come out of the Heffalumps and Woozles scene, and non AA heads were in the Mile Long Bar.
For Randy, For Bonny, For Chris...

the first time riding Inner Space scared the life of me and I am not alone in having freaked out by that ride.
1965 for one year and about fashion meant few saw it. Dead attraction

Haha, I remember waiting in line for that one and my grandparents showing me all the people that had been "shrunk" going through the microscope! I thought it was impressive....I guess I wasn't worried about being shrunk when I was 5!

Does anyone remember the big eye looking at you as you went through? :p:
:flybongo: NO BULL!!!!!:D:

Oooooooh. Good question Churchy! I would have never guessed. But I think I was mislead, when I asked which park this was in, someone said DHS....
Vixen, since you answered the question, would you like the honors of asking the next question?

I do remember the big eye, and I remember thinking I would actually be shrunk by the atomizer(?), but I don't remember being scared, I guess I just trusted Disney! I don't remember the Monsanto fashion attraction.
Thanks for the links, Churchy, very interesting. Midget Autopia was my favorite when I was about five or six.
