I decided to call up a little more information. I hate to say it but this film may have legs. God knows that they threw enough big names on the project. Release date: Sept. 06 2008

I saw the Poster at the movie theatre while in line for Indy
I actually had a chihuahua when I was about 5 years old. We named him Mowgli (Jungle Book was out then). My mom ended up giving him away as he kept peeing on all our bedspreads....

PMSL, I 'howled' laughing at it, first off all I thought it was a p*ss take on those that prefer the handbag type dogs then I realised it was for real, but do you know what? my daughter would love it lol

I enjoyed the commercial. I'm glad they made the movie so I could see that. However, I don't care to see the movie.

I think would mostly appeal to owners of chihuahuas, lots of people have them these days and would most likely delight in the film. As for me, nah - Cute preview, funny, but not for me.

I like making mock of the song that's playing on the trailer....we have a chihuahua that was literally rescued off the street that looks a lot like those in the trailer (larger, not the ratlike, shakey little purse-dwelling teacup types, which was probably why she was adbandoned)...my wife keeps looking at her going "Sing! Sing! My husband is an Attractions Host at Disneyland, so we need the money! SING!" :D:

Not my cup of tea....but someone's gonna watch it.

What can I say....whenever I join a board, I find a thread on the dumbest, lamest idea out there, and that's where I jump in.

Right now, I'm glad for Beverly Hills Chihuahua....it's giving me plenty of diving board thread for message boards! :D:
