I'm going to guess Mel Blanc, who voiced Gideon in "Pinocchio", but every word spoken ended up on the cutting room floor with only a few hiccups remaining.
Whatever he was paid divided by zero words is a very large rate of pay!
Q: Many characters from Disney animated feature went on to make cameo appearances in later films. Which character from an animated feature was mentioned in an *earlier* film?

Do you mean verbally mentioned in the film or is somewhere in the background, etc?
If the later, Nemo is in Monsters Inc.

Toy Story 2's Jessie is in Monster's Inc. What is the question asking exactly?
Legend: Alligators dwell in the sewers beneath Disneyland.
Truth: There are no sewers below Disneyland, and therefore no alligators in them. The secret tunnels are infested with mutant rats, however.
