Hmm, I'm not sure the list has only two entries.Buggy wrote:Australia is one of only two countries that eat their national animal. Can you name the other one?
Not only do:
:kanga: Australians eat Kangaroo; but
:allen: French eat roosters;
:sheep5: Greeks eat Sheep;
:upanova: Grenadians eat Ostrich;

:springbk: South Africans eat Springbok.
And that's not even counting Canada....

Back in Delaware they have an (actual, not themed like Outback) Australian restaurant called Matilda's that serves kangaroo. It's pretty good.

ReaaaAAAAlllly? Thanks! Let's see, that's a two hour drive away, but it is right on the way to New York City, where I'll be going next month.HarryFromMarydelDE wrote:Back in Delaware they have an (actual, not themed like Outback) Australian restaurant called Matilda's that serves kangaroo. It's like 300 yards from the 896 exit from 95. It's across the street from the University of Delaware's football stadium, next to the McDonalds.Buggy wrote:ReaaaAAAAlllly? Thanks! Let's see, that's a two hour drive away, but it is right on the way to New York City, where I'll be going next month.
