Are these cards really available for guests to walk out with?!? Whenever I stopped by CH they always had me fill out a form with all the info on it, a short card would be much better, my handwriting is sloppy and my hand gets tired so the form might not be very legible. I spoke to some people at WDW a couple trips back that said they printed up some cards and would give them to the CM's that were really good. I know the compliments are recorded for them and I do want something that will give them credit where credit is due.

Applause-o-grams or Great Service Fanatic Cards are given to us and we put our Personnel Number on them and put them in a box. Then they show up on our record card as a Recognition Notation. Also we are entered into a drawing for a monthly prize.
