I like the commercials but FreeCreditReport.com has been sued by the FTC once and investigate by the state of Florida for "deceptive" practices.
Here's the guy's website (
http://www.ericviolette.com), it's in french but he has all 3 freecreditreport.com commercials on it.. As well as a couple of videos in French so I couldn't tell you what they were..
Yes, I have NO life..
(PS. I used to have a Geo Metro just like the one in the commercial. Had it for 12 years.. Great little car..)
Yeah, and the fact that the site he is singing about is not "free". The free one is actually Annual credit report:
https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/index.jsp
And depending on what state you live in, can supply you with various perodic information!
Every time I see that one where he is a Pirate, I wanna go for some seafood!!!
hehehe

No Floridian commercial is more annoying, yet oddly compelling, as the Appliance Direct ads.
Example:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c-YXzZkfSYA
The sad thing is, we ended up buying our washer and dryer from Appliance Direct!
"If you are a dee, please don't marry a dee, 'cause then your kids will be dee dee dee." ....Carlos Mencia
"It's the difference between champagne and carbonated pee!" ....Homer Simpson

Nice work, pal

Yeah, thanks for typing that so I'd read it with a mouthful of water! You almost owed me a laptop screen. (Of course, it's my own perverted mind that made it funny...insulated rubber suits...never mind)

Syndrome, you beat me to that one. And I too bought my new appliances from them. Just couldn't beat the deal.
Now a real blast from the past for all you OLD New Englanders.

I may be about to ask a 'stupid board poster question' but, can the mods tell me why this got moved from the WDW forum? My question was concerning something park related. . .just curious. Cause it was off topic in the end?
Thx!

Maybe it more of an honest mis understanding than an actual SGT. You wondered why Beach Boys were playing at Epcot, but then people told you why and then you understood why.
I thought it was a given that it was a beach theme. I knew it was the Flower show, I saw the surf topiaries and heard the beach boys - I linked them together.

Of course, you do know that the Beach Boys worked for Disney before they got their first hit, right?
