SGT Wars V: Return of the Moderating Marsupial

Post by Big Wallaby » Mon Apr 28, 2008 8:36 pm

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, SGT Productions is pleased to present the return of Big Wallaby. Please stand clear of the doors. Por favor mantengase alejado de las puertas. And now, Walt Disney Productions is pleased to present: Safari Trucks on Ice! And now, if there are any Safari drivers lurking here who don't know exactly whom I am, they should.

I know many of you have wondered where I am, I have been in a place where internet access was not actually readily available, working some very long hours and moving. I am now out of Home Suite Home and live in a townhouse off of Old Lake Wilson, and we have an internet connection and a full kitchen. It's been more than a year since I had a place to live with more than one room, a full kitchen, and I haven't had a dishwasher and clothing cleaning facility within my walls since I moved out of my parents' place. Let me tell you, you don't know how nice it is to have a dishwasher until you haven't in almost four and a half years.

You should see me around more, but probably never back to my posting level from when I was in buses and had mornings all alone and to myself.

Gaw, how I've missed this place. It's good to be back. Worst part is, I didn't know I was leaving.

My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?

WELCOME BACK!!!!

You've been missed!

My kid was at AK today with her 'other' family and had an FP for the Safari. . .and I thought, she might have WB as her driver and not even know it! *sigh* We never made it to AK on our trip this past week- or we'd have looked you up. . .

Hope to see you around here much more often!

Hey welcome back!! It sounds like you are there to stay!

Did your commute increase with the move?

And more importantly, is it a nice complex?

You were gone? I thought it seemed awful quiet around here! :D: Someone call pest control... there are marsupials everywhere!

HA...I just flashed to that cartoon with Sylvester the cat chasing the Kangaroo, thinking it was a giant mouse!

Glad to see you! Will need to track you down one of these days - I been working mornings at Tuskers for about two weeks now!

Yay, the Wallaby is back. Glad to hear you FINALLY got moved into a new place. Washing machines and dishwashers - how spoiled we all are, eh?
What I miss most about the house I'm living in now is that there's no trash compactor!

I don't think anyone will ever match your posting rate from your first year here. I still haven't caught up to you!

Welcome back!

(I recertified at KSR today. I can actually drive again now. (Yes, I had been picking up shifts but just coordinator shifts))
