There are some guest bathrooms that transportation CM's can use. Like at MK, we can use the guest bathrooms next to guest services. At Studio's bus drivers don't need to use the guest bathrooms as there is one inside the bus info booth. I can see watercraft CM's needing a guest bathroom as there are no backstage facilities nearby for them.

At least you don't look like a big purple dinosaur. I would like to have a nickel every time I hear someone call me Barney.

While some of the AK costumes are ugly, others are down right unimaginative. The Safari's costume is almost exactly the same as the Jingle Cruise's except that Safari has a patch on the sleeve that says "Kilimanjaro Safaris". I've seen the two costumes side by side so I know this for a fact.
It was the Kilimanjaro costume long before it was the Jungle Cruise costume. Up until about 2004, Jungle Cruise had a different costume, pretty sure it was brown pants/shorts with a white shirt.

I was at the Jungle Cruise with a bunch of Safari folks once, and one of the skippers at Greeter happened to be a former safari driver. He promptly went to the queue microphone, and made a short spiel ... "Attention all Jungle Cruise Skippers. We have just received a telegram from Warden Wilson Matua in Harambe, East Africa. It reads 'Ha ha, very funny, Now please give us our laundry back"

May I ask what the barcodes are for on the shirts?

They are used to link the costume with the CMs ID. They scan them out like library cards and if we lose or damage them money is taken out of our paycheck.

For example, each Tower of Terror Costume costs more than $1,000!

All costume pieces have a unique barcode. The barcode is used to link each costume piece to a CM. Everything is barcoded; pants, shirts, vests, belts, suspenders, ties, hats, the list goes on.

On the majority of costumes the barcodes are on the inside hem or a similar location so they can't be seen. The basics that friends wear (usually a gray t-shirt and shorts/pants) have their barcodes right on front as guests never see them (or at least aren't supposed to). The shirts have their barcode on the chest and the shorts have them on the leg. I assume they put the barcodes where they do on those costumes to make it easier to scan them in and out. It also identifies them as Cast Members as they don't wear their ID backstage but are in clothes that look a lot like regular clothes and not a costume.

You're right, they do make them easier to scan as we check out up to seven sets a day. They're supposed to be folded in a special way so that we can just scan them out boom boom boom.
