conversely, stuff you packed for WDW and thought, what the hell did I bring that for?

I'm packing! And I have no list this time! AHHH! Not good for the visually challenged neurology patient LOL I know WDW is not the ends of the Earth by any means and anything mostly that I forget I can likely get but why buy it? Esp. when we're making it in under the airlines luggage change thingy and can check 2 bags each LOL.

So, ideas? Suggestions? Help.

Lots of bottled water.

When I went to WDW this past January, I found myself regretting that I hadn't packed any water in my bag, with the stifling humidity being what it was (and this was at 10:00 p.m. in the middle of winter).

Hmmm, we just buy the water there, but if you have an empty bag and not hitting the weight limit..

We pack enough clothing and stuff for half the trip, with a "down day" at the resort to relax and do laundry. That way we dont have to pack as much.

We always pack sunscreen. (I prefer bullfrog, as it lasts a bit longer and also has a small solid tube that you can take with you to re-do your face and ears without it dripping!)

The other thing I do is get all the chargers for the cell phones and camera together and put them in a small zippered bag. (plus a small AAA flashlight)

I also pack an extra pair of shoes and some "foot deoderizer" insoles. DW says that are a MUST!(whaatttt?)

(and last trip, we actually fedexed a suitcase to the resort with extra clothing, etc so we didn't have to take a lot on the airplane, just a couple of days clothing!)

Cell phone chargers! ACK! Thanks Pirate! Hubby may have remembered but maybe not LOL Since we're separated from our kid it's imperative we keep them working at all times.

And if I try to go without a flashlight, my mother will not be happy.

We buy our water there- it's just too hard to haul it with him having to haul me and my crutch and all. Just getting me through security- getting my shoes off and back on- is an aerobic workout! My husband has to wrangle all the carry on stuff because I'm too busy just trying to tie the converse back on (or get them untied!)

Depending on how many electronic devices you travel with, you may want to pack a power strip. Hotels have never been known for their ability to provide outlets that are both plentiful and continent to use.

Good point, I pack a small power squid, that way all the "converters" won't cover up the adjacent outlet!

You mean the pharmacy??? It gets its own carry on It's not even stuff I take every day it's just the stuff I might need! I told my husband, sorry I'm so high maintainence! Exciting stuff like antibiotics, asthma inhalers and Azo LOL (and any woman who has ever traveled without AZO and lived to regret it knows why I'm packing it!!!)

Power cord- check! Will be sure to mention that one to hubby.

The cat has been dropped off at Spa de Grandmas- at least he's used to it this time he didn't even follow us to the door he took up residence in his favorite window and that was it LOL.

Now the serious packing starts!!!

I always buy a thing of zip lock baggies and pack those. They make great first aid kits, are terrific for rain ponchos, and for putting wet bathing suits into if you take a last minute swim before coming home.
