custodial rookies at their best!

Post by futrerockstarjen » Mon Jun 02, 2003 5:21 pm

Man all the new janis that we have been getting at dca are the dumbest new hires ever! one day a couple of weeks ago i was standing at the pier locker on my break when i see one of our newies wondering ever closer to the outdoor ventures office. i had never seen her before so i went over to meet her. i asked her where she was supposed to be at today and she said "the custodial locker". i replied "ok well our locker is over there. you can always find it cause there is always abunch of us around it most of the time." she replied "ok but where do i check in at?." and i was like  " you havent checked in?" "no" "well our office is located disneyland side you know in the building at harbor pointe. you go in through the glass double doors and go down the set of stairs on your left. go right when you get to the bottom and left at the hall way with all the cool disney memories in it then follow the path to the t hallway and make another left. take the hall to the very end and thats the office." she looked at me with the dirtiest look ever :x  .she then said" what the hell you mean i have to go all the way over there every day and check in!" "uh yeah didnt they tell you that in training" she replied" thats what i am here for." :throw: i took her to the office turns out, that she was hired into disneyland custodial not dca.

this proves that all the casting office is doing is placing a mirror under their noses to see if it mists up from breathing - if so - "we have a new hire!!!"

Heh heh... the best part about being a CT was that people would always assume I was new whenever I came back.

Random CM: "Hi, welcome! I'm <their name>!"
Me: "Thanks! I hired in two years ago!"
Them: <Awkward Silence>

I thanked our managers and casting when we went back to "Transfer-Only"!
