Who is in FL and not working tonight and would like to see Enchanted?

Post by Cranbiz » Fri Apr 11, 2008 1:09 pm

Ok folks, the neighbor backed out and I now have total of 3 spots for the CM screening of Enchanted tonight at Studios. I'll be at Studios at 8pm and the showing is at 8:30pm at LMA stadium.

I already offered it to Wallaby and Liz but they have guests in town.

So, The first three who want to go, PM me. There is free popcorn and soft drinks too!

I will be your guide for this magical journey into the movies. It's the perfect job for me, because I love movies! Is everybody ready? Great, because it's showtime. Ready when you are, CB!

DAMN IT! I just saw this, I would have loved to have gone! Knew I should have checked SGT from the Learning Center before leaving the park this afternoon. I wasn't ready to go home yet so I checked out the Boardwalk and Yacht & Beach Clubs and just got in a little while ago.

I wish you had called me about it. I'd have jumped at the chance. Ah,well.

Sorry Shorty, I just didn't think of calling you.

Where I had three spots, I just thought to put the announcement here.

BTW, Great movie and it was a great time.

SG spotting on the way to LMA to see the movie. Walking down the New York set and a SG come up to me and wants to know why everyone is heading to LMA. I tell him it's a CM appreciation event. He gets huffy, states that he spent all this money to come to WDW and insists that he should be allowed in. (He still does not know that it's a movie). I tell him if he wants to go to this event, He needs to move to FL, apply at casting, work long hours for little pay and be in the right place at the right time backstage.

He storms off to find a manager, I walk on in to LMA, get my popcorn and soda, sit down and enjoy.

Although the LMA screen is visually impressive, the stadium itself is really not a great place to watch a movie. Hard metal benches with no backs? No thanks. (been there, done that)

Huh, uh. Sure you didn't! :-) (J/K)

I'm off today and tomorrow if you're not busy. I just have to run up to Winter Garden to look at an apartment complex and I'll be back in the Disney area after that if you're available to finally meet up.
