I understand the CM point of view. Unless they witness it, who knows what happened. I usually deal with line cutters by either talking smack about them loudly to my wife, or if a single rider, to those around me :D:

I used the wide body method by blocking anyone coming up from behind. It they tried to pass then I would tell them to talk to a CM. Also it helps if you unite the other guests against the person cutting in line.

The trial was held today in Orlando. Walker was convicted after confessing on the stand to grabbing Krause by the hair. The judge didn't think she'd stick around, so she's in jail until sentencing on the 23rd. Not bad time for a misdemeanor.
One can see where Walker gets her attitude. Her family was so upset by the verdict that the Krauses had to be escorted to their car by sheriffs due to the threats and imprecations from Walker's family.
One down, ten bazillion to go!

Good for the Judge!! I hope she gets max!! (course it can't be that much as a misdemeanor) Hope that the walker family seeks civil redress!!!

Can't people learn to wait three or so measly minutes to wait to be on the NEXT rotation of the ride?!

I guess not, but since I think about it, the person that was convicted, was the one attacking the SG line cutter! maybe we should send her an invite to tell her story here? (like it already hasn't been plastered all over the news!)

Re: Woman Allegedly Attacks Visitor for Cutting Line at Magic Kingdom
I remember at Knott's I was running the Huf'N'Puff ride in Camp Snoopy, and these two women got uptight when one woman's kid got in line ahead of the other's. It started when woman #1 yelled that woman #2's kid cut in line ahead of hers, woman #2 insisted he hadn't, #1 responded by throwing a cup of ice water at #2, and since I had loaded and launched the kids, either I called security or the lady at the face painting booth nearby called. It escalated quickly to pushing and name-calling. Fortunately, the kids on the ride didn't see too much, and security responded quickly. Both women got a pretty stern warning, I think, after giving their statements. I just kept on doing my job. The kids were more interested in watching the ride and getting on/off than watching a couple of alleged adults fight over a stupid little ride with a short wait time.
