I don't know about that. Darwin's laws do a pretty good job of reducing the number of crazy people each year. Unfortunately such reduction tends to take lots of time and may cause lots of collateral damage before the law kicks in. And crazy people breed faster than the law can correct the mistakes. Note, those being mentioned in the last statement may be bred from un-crazy parents, or be created by crazy parents, or even induced by their children. So it is not always the parents who create the "crazy" one.

No, we have made too many strides in emergency medical assistance. I think that a lot of those that would have died out long ago through a darwin award have been saved by the good job of an EMT!
