My Timing must be the same as theirs, because they were EVERYWHERE again! JR. Dance Nationals at DCA, No Aladdin Show :(
Noticed loud singing (off-key), some very heavy make-up, and one SCREAMING ,"Mom!!!!!!!!!!" into her cell phone so loud it hurt my ears

Yesterday DW was setting in the family room with some knitting, and channel surfing. I had just came in from doing some yard work and she started laughing, when I asked what was so funny, she pointed to the menu on the T.V. : Live, from Orlando, Cheering competition!!!

Even the Grumpy pups were not impressed!

All of you keep talking about the younger generation and how horrible they are, but who's fault is that? They didn't raise themselves. That's right your generation should be blamed for the downfall in society. They were the ones that believed that because they were perfect that when they chose to procreate their children should be perfect too.

As to why I'm not here- maybe I have better things to do then spend all my time on a message board, like working towards my future. That's why I haven't been around. I don't know how many of you realize this but college involves studying which is very time consuming, but then all of you are either born with all the knowledge of the world or did not attend college (according to what you said). So just trust me on this one, It involves studying.

Now why don't you all get out there and have an influence on my horrible generation. Spend time with your kids or volunteer and help those wild and out of control youth. Then complain AFTER you did something to try and change it.

Mwahahaha! I knew it was my fault! Yes, we are PURPOSELY trying to corrupt "The Younger Generation"! That's It!
As for my younger son, he WAS born with all the knowledge of the world! He's Brilliant! Just ask him!
So, Uppy, have you shared your "theory" with your parents and told them that any faults you have are their doing? They'll LOVE it! :p:

Hey, welcome back uppity troll. (UT for short)

First of all, I don't think society is having a downfall, just some people.

I do know about college, as I do have three degrees, and I put myself through college while serving full time in the military, so yes, I do know how hard it is, Hit those books!!

I also teach a Forensic Science subject at the graduate level. If you every get that high in education, come see me and I will give you some tips.

As to raising a generation, well, I did raise my son and daughter to be the best that they could. He likes to jump out of airplanes in full combat gear, and is currently serving in a very dusty enviroment outside of the United States. He is a combat medic. My daughter is raising her family, while holding a full time job in the IT field, while her husband also serves his country in combat arms. They all have put themselves through college. So I think I got the next generation thing right.

AS to the rest, it would be pointless telling you how many thousands of hours I have worked and the efforts I have made to protect and help, not only my country, but my community, to be a better place to live.

(brick bracka firecracka, sis boom bawww, Bugs Bunny, Bugs Bunny, Rah Rah Rah!!...Sorry, I think of that cartoon when I see you post!!)

hey...Pirate!!!

Sorry, I believe in personal responsibility. People generally know right from wrong, they choose to do their own thing. Especially when you have a segment of society that likes to blame things on others instead taking a look at themselves. I can see which segment you belong to.

Stop blaming others, take responsibility and work to influence your generation. I'm willing to bet that your parents their best in raising you, but in the end, we all make our own decisions. I know I did.

I spend time with a generation after yours, dear Uppy, She's 5 years old, and is my daughter... I'm trying to influence her to pay attention to people by looking into people's eyes when they talk to her. I also went to college too, even though it was a community college and I did study as well back in the late 1980s-early 1990s, perhaps even before your time. Right now my daughter is in school. My daughter thinks she was born with all the knowledge, but we've been teaching her all along.

I'm part of your generation. And I would NEVER behave in the way some of the groups act at WDW.

And I am currently in school, and working as well.

I will be your guide for this magical journey into the movies. It's the perfect job for me, because I love movies! Is everybody ready? Great, because it's showtime. Ready when you are, CB!

Sorry... I would've posted sooner, but there was this annoying, high-pitched buzzing in my ear. I was distracted trying to shoo it away, until I located the source... about seven posts back.

Cheers,
