It's about damn time!!! I just wish it had come along earlier in my 37 years of working for the Department of Defense. My last boss, a Navy captain, attended one of the Disney training seminars and he thought it was excellent and very useful. He said there were a lot of skeptical people in the seminar who left with a much better appreciation of customer service and how important it is to the success of any organization.

I only just saw this (I know I'm a little behind the times) and I'm thrilled! I just found out last night that one of my roommates is going to be treated at Walter Reed over the next few weeks. My immediate reaction was to smile broadly and tell her "They're gonna screw you up good! Hope you weren't too attached to your legs!" which, of course, is a terribly off-color joke about the quality of care issues at Walter Reed which we have heard so much about recently. I think this is a great idea, though. I like that it might make my roommate's experience better, but our problems are tiny compared to a lot of these guys coming back from the sandbox. They get hurt and then they get shipped home, not to a hero's welcome, but to be disregarded and thrown away like so much refuse. It's bad enough that most Americans have forgotten that we still have people fighting overseas, it's too much for me to bear that they not be treated with the dignity, respect, and care that they deserve.

Thank God that the Army has wised up and brought in the people who know how to treat a guest! Once again, Cast Members save the day!
