Vicky,
You don't need to defend the wait times, just the drivers. :D: After all, we just drive where and when the computer tells us. If guests get upset with wait times, suggest to them to write Disney.

In fact, I would go so far as to ask you not to defend the wait times. That is something management is imposing on the guests, it is unacceptable, and they need to wallow in it.
Again, for their sake, I hope they have updated their resumes...
And I have managers who I hope do not get caught in the cross hairs on this. Richard, Jason, etc.
My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?

Gee, I was just telling the poor guy why he had to wait so long and not to blame it on the POR stop.

Cranbiz,
Now I know why there was a cluster f*** of buses at PI station Wednesday mid-afternoon.
It seemed like a lot of drivers had no clue where to go next. Bad dispatch, not drivers.

Will someone please share the phone number and address of who we should call or write to when we experience bus hell at WDW?
Thanks!
I will have it ready IF we have some long wait times and or mistakes or mishaps with the MIMS controlled busses. Not the driver's fault, the MIMS has gotta go...The MIMs has gotta go... The MIMS has gotta go.. :p:

Guest Relations/Communications. I am sure we've posted the address before, just have to find it. Anyone? It is late and I am lazy tonight. Can't be tomorrow.

The address has been posted. I did some searching yesterday but couldn't find it. I believe it was in the "MiMs" thread but that thread is very long and I didn't go through every single page of it.
Around here, however, we don’t look backwards for very long.

This is just a thought on my part but i would love to know who is the one pushing mims the most. And find out if they have any connection to the supplier of this mess.AKA follow the money. if they are so hell bent on getting it to work it sounds that way to me.

Part of it is also the money they've put into it. I can list lots of people who are behind it, both company and union (though, again, they never asked my opinion on this, just as they never asked who I wanted to support for President... but then that's a whole different issue). And there are still those who think it's the most wonderful thing since sliced bread.
Cranbiz, are they getting kinks worked out? A driver today told me it is getting better.
