Official SGT ADD thread

A place to be entertained. Videos, jokes, games, and more.
Forum rules
At the old Disney Hyperion Studio, the screening room where animators would show animated scenes to Walt for his approval was small, with no ventilation or AC. Not only was it hot, but the animators were nervously awaiting Walt's reaction to their work. Thus, the room became known as the Sweatbox. Even after the Studio moved to Burbank and elegant screening rooms were offered to the staff, the moniker remained.

Now SGT has a sweatbox of our own. This is the place to find and post all entertaining topics such as video links, jokes, games, and the like. A general rule of thumb is that if the thread is meant to be informative (interesting news stories for example), or a topic for discussion (like setting up a park meet) then it should go in the Break Room, but if the intent is to entertain the masses then it's home is The Sweatbox. I'm sure there will be grey areas at times, so if you have doubt as to where a new thread should go, just use your best judgement and the SGT Staff will be glad to move it later if you guessed wrong.

Zazu is a gentleman and very good with people. I am sure he could keep her busy for hours. I would be in parks so that means no posting here, lol
Sorry, Churchy, I just couldn't help myself!
You're right, Zazu is indeed a gentleman and could probably keep your mother well entertained while you cruise the parks.

And by the way, the only thing worse than a blabbermouth is a drunken blabbermouth! :p:

Quoted for truth. Maybe a bunch of us could keep Churchy's mom entertained, in shifts, unless she wanted to sleep. :)

I'll take the shift where she wants to sleep - then I could take a nap. I love naps! :)

BRWombat wrote:Aw, Susi! This makes me homesick! I recognized Longs Peak right away. I didn't have a view of it from the house where I grew up in Applewood -- we were too close to the foothills -- but once we'd go to the store or church it'd be in sight.

I miss the mountains!!! :(

And I miss the ocean! The Mts are beautiful but it is so desert dry here and I need the moisture if I am ever going to stop having sinus surgeries, three now and counting.... :( Yeah it is a purty view from our house.

You and your family are welcome to come visit. We have a guest room for you and your wife and space enoough for all. I am sure there are a LOT of old haunts you would not mind seeing here. :) You are welcome to use our place as a hotel if you ever get the urge to visit Denver. (And while we still own this place!) The view was one of the things we wanted when we were looking for a home. Room for a pool was another and we got the biggest lot in the neighborhood, so we had room for the pool. The other lots are just tiny little things with barely enough room for a porch swing or a lawn. These damn neighborhoods with giant houses and NO yards. We were lucky to find this lot.
But I still crave the ocean. I MISS it a LOT!!! :(
