I used the older white Monster's Inc., and Toy Story aliens at DL last year.
Mine get printed on photo paper.

When I worked at Knott's, if a SL caught you doing something right, you got point cards. Supposedly you had a chance to win some stupid (and occaisonally, not-so-stupid) prizes. There was a space on the back to be filled out for the reason for giving the point cards. I remember when I was working the Calico R.R., my SL gave us a bunch of them at a time. We had fun coming up with hilarious reasons for getting the cards; I put things like " I'm too cool to work Camp Snoopy", etc.. Probably why I never got picked to win--stupid managment had no sense of humor. But of course as anyone who ever worked at Knott's can tell you, there's alot of things management didn't have, like working brains. And morals. And ethics. And intelligence.

My supervisor announced our new Employee of the Month reward...
Employee of the month gets a free month at the gym....
I collapsed laughing, "THAT's a Reward? How about Dinner at Yamato's instead?" :p:
Guess I won't win anytime soon!

If it was 1 in 100 employees but out of all them employees a gift I could never use. Are you trying to get us homer simpson and archie bunker types to not want to be employee of the month, lol.DisneyMom wrote:My supervisor announced our new Employee of the Month reward...

I handed out appreciation cards and stickers this whole last trip and everyone loved them! I am making more to have on hand when we go to the Parks. I gave the whole counter crew at Goofy's a sticker and some of them put them on their costume. It was great seeing everyone smile. They were all so nice to me with my disability and they made us smile, so I gave them a smile right back!!! I always tell the CMs, "It is your job to make magic for us...!" then get curious a look from them, and I finish with..."But it is OUR job to make magic for YOU!!!" That inevitably gets them to smile and chuckle, and most will give me a hug, oooooh I LOVE hugs!!!!!! They always say, "No, we are here to make magic for you, and you are here to have fun!" and then I tell em, "Making magic for you IS fun! I love to see people smile!"
CMs love to be appreciated, who wouldn't after all the SG moments they have! I always sneak in a "I hope this will make up for all the 'What time is the 3 o'clock parade?' questions...hahahahaha" They will always laugh at that! :D: I hope I am not being a SG by saying that! I do love the CMs. Without you guys, there is no Park, no magic and gasp!!!!! NO Disney way!!!!!
