Have you posted your album to a website like Kodakgallery.com? I'd love to see the whole trip. And I didn't see any pix of your famous ECV. Did I miss something?
Yep, I have them posted, but thought I would share some with you here and then post the link to the whole 700 and something pictures ay the end of the report when I can get them organized in their photo album. Every picture is still in there and I need to do some editing first! :o: I like to take a bunch of pics and then pick and choose the ones to keep and the ones to delete. I have not gotten to that point yet with the photo album at Photobucket. Everything is just in there willy-nilly.

We are on Day 3 here and I did not get my ECV until the next morning. I used a wheelchair for the first two days, until we realized that was not going to work out so well, with Ralph having to push me around everywhere and so we did get an ECV. That is coming up. You will see me on the infamous SUV-ECV very soon! :)

Ariel's Grotto Princess lunch cont...
I informed each Princess as they stopped at our table, that we were doing a little immersion therapy for ralph. I told them that he was shy and kinda nervous around Princesses that he does not know well and that we wanted him to get to know and like the Princesses cause they are so nice!
So they were all very gentle with Ralph and he met them all. He still does not remember who is who, their names and which Princess is from which film!! Oh well, just getting him to meet the Princesses was a feat in itself!

First up was Aurora! :)

Image

Ralph got the one with Aurora and me kinda dark... :( he was just snapping away and not really into it...

Image

Next up was Belle, my favorite Princess along with Ariel. I have to say though I do love Beauty and the Beast very much! Again Ralph did not look too thrilled!

Image

I was so happy to have my picture taken with Belle. I am such a big geek when it comes to having my pic taken with the characters. The Princesses all signed my Birnbaums Guide as well. Such a child, I am! ;) I love the characters though. They make me feel like such a kid again! FUN!!!!!!!

No, Ralphie does not look too thrilled. He's a good sport to go along with it, just to make you happy!

Next up was Cindy! Ralphie always refers to Cinderella as *Blondie* :hysteria: He is so funny about the Princesses. He is just NOT into them and really does not retain ANY information about them. I have to explain to him each time we see a Princess, who it is AGAIN and from what film they came! Too funny.
He was NOT feeling good but was holding up okay and putting up with me making him pose with the *girls*. What a guy! :)

Image
When Cindy posed with me, it looked as if she had eaten something that tasted bad! I wore my deodorant that day! Honest! What a face she is making!

Image

I caught Ralphie again in between Princesses and he was looking hundreds of yards away. I am sure he was thinking,"How in the heck do I get outta here?"

Image

Of course later when he told me he was sick and had been feeling bad during lunch, I knew why he looked like this. But he looks like this when he is very tired or very hungry, so I had no way of knowing he was just aching (literally) to get out of there! Poor Ralphie!

Isn't it amazing how they find beautiful girls who really look like the characters? My husband would be the same way, he wouldn't know one princess from another.

It is amazing! Some of the girls are just so good at it and their voices are perfect too! :D:

Finally we had a visit from the last princess to come around, Snow White. Ralph was very grateful that she stoo a little further away from him. She was so cute when I told her about the immersion therapy, she giggled and smiled at Ralphie and told him there was no reason to be afraid of the Princesses! Very cute! ;)

I thought that Snow White was the best of the bunch. She really had the voice and she is so pretty and cute as a button.

Overall, the experience was okay. It really is designed for the little ones. It is kind of awkward meeting the Princesses as adults there at Ariel's Grotto with a very girl-shy hubby! ;) We had an easier time meeting them at The Princess Fantasy Faire which I insisted on dragging Ralphie to a couple days later! It is an easier photo op and moves very quickly so you don't get uncomfotable with having to talk to them. What to say to a Princess?

The food was okay, nothing to write home about. It really is for the experience of meetig the Princesses in a very close one on one and they have seating waves. So they seat a group, then clear out and seat another group and so on. It is better one on one time that way for the kids. I would recommned this to all of you who have the little girls who love the Princesses. They would love it. And it IS cute to see the little ones dresses up as their favorite Princess. I wish I could dress up as Belle at the Parks, but they won't let me for obvious reasons. I would scare the horses on Main Street!
A giant bright yellow sausage! heeheehee
sues :belle: This is more the type of Belle I am!

I'm pretty sure that you just cut and pasted the princesses into the pics, his expression doesn't really change!

Awwww, poor Ralphie, he was being a good soldier! You'll see from the other pictures that he looked a little better for our meeting the next day..Susi showed us the Ralphie/Princess pictures then and we could see the difference.
