So how bad is it?

Post by SpaceRanger » Wed Apr 28, 2004 6:24 pm

Well it looks like I'm gonna get stuck doing GC for all of the grad nights... after some of the horror stories I've heard of grad night GC, the very thought almost makes me wish I was still in foods lol...

How bad is it really tho? I remember when I was working in foods for the grad nights we'd always have a lot of fun.

For me, it always depended on the night. When it is earlier, they are nicer schools from nicer areas, the kids behave better, and it is much easier to control everything. The last two or three are really tough to deal with. Gand bangers from LA, etc. The worst is always the night when the LA Unified School District is there. We have had to stop cycling at space and matterhorn because of misbehavior.

I don't know where you work, but somehow they always figured out a way to knock over the Wendy audioanimatronic in Peter Pan. It was great!!! She would be knocked over with her head twitching. Maintenence dies laughing every time!

Hang on to your Hat, 'cause I'm not going to get it when it blows off your head.

Grad Nights are awesome. Just try not to get stuck at the main gate or outside the gate. Have you got your attraction yet SpaceRanger?

First, Thank you Hulk, but I asked Space Ranger, second, maybe he knows what he'll be getting (SR did mention some attraction training in an earlier thread), Third, SR is stuck doing GC for grad nights from the way it was explained, and lastly, I think he is a she.

Haha ya... I fall into the "attractions... but not" catagory... I'm usually either working backstage in the barn, or in the petting zoo, and by this summer will be signed off for the streetcart... they said they give us all GC shifts for gradnights... darn, and I was so hoping to get out of it...
