Work and heat waves are a bad combination...

Heat puts me in such a bad mood. I went on vacation last year with my family and my uncle. I don't know why we went with my uncle. He's a prick. I had to stay on the houseboat with 12 people and it was 113 degrees, and this was supposed to be a vacation! I seriously cried and fell asleep my first day there. I'm so glad that's over.

Work puts me in a bad mood and heat waves are ten times worse. It won't be pretty tomorrow. Ugh!

Heat waves!? Oh lord, and I'm complaining about the snow that is still on the ground here... :shock: :P

I've heard nothing but "it's hot as can be" from everyone in California right now. I'm glad we aren't that bad yet, give it another month (or less if I'm lucky :roll: ) and we will be.

Oh man it was hot yesterday. At least today there was some sort of breeze. (Not like it matters much since I was taking a bunch of tests for 6 hours indoors...)

Don't even remind me about the heat... just be glad that you won't be outside working with 2,000 pound animals for over 14 hours of the day.

The only mistake I made yesterday was wearing a black shirt and a my black dickies jacket. I roasted. I spent most of my day inside Mansion or ::gasp:: Innoventions! Just because it was air-conditioned.

haha I remember a few times when I've fallen asleep inside innoventions... I took my bro/sis/friends and it was DANG hot outside... and so nice and air conditiony and cool inside innoventions...

I suppose it's time to start stocking up on sunscreen. I used to have sunscreen that smelled REALLY good, but I'm out and can't remember what it's called... I hate how normal sunscreen smells, but I pretty much have to use it. I have fair skin and burn way too easily (and I never tan... I go from white, to red, back to white).

Haha, it sucks doesn't it? I feel like a plastic fork in a microwave whenever I go outside. I don't tan, I just spark and sizzle...

^lol yup, sucks LOTS... people tease me about how I must've been the only white girl in Hawaii... we've decided I'm hopeless... grew up in Hawaii for 4 years, Florida for one and a half, and california the majority of the other time, and I STILL have no tan....
