LOL Yes, you read it wrong. I meant DH always wanted to drive, but after the first time we DID fly and were in Epcot 4 hours later, then he changed his mind. :D:

Sorry! I usually re-read to make sure I am clear, but that one was a quick post between reports. ;)

PS- Buffalo to Orlando takes about 20-something hours.

One of the guys I sail with flew 747s for United. He admitted one time that he was amazed something so big could get off the ground much less fly at such altitudes.

I prefer to think of them like the one in the bugs bunny cartoon! Just a bit airhead and out to have fun, of course they cause mechanical things to fail, but what the heck. I understand they are in the same "family" as the Flying Bongos.

Ralph finally saw these shows in re-runs on Nick when he was in the hospital for 2 and a half years. He has no idea what some of the attractions that are based on Disney movies are about! He read the original fairytales (not a bad idea), but was not allowed to watch the Disney movies based on these stories or even The Wizard of Oz. He is still learning about Disney and who the characters are and what film they are from. It is amazing. He asks me all the time about what Princess is from what film and what her name is. Heck, I have to remind him all the time what the names of most of the characters are.
They speak German at home, even when I am sitting at the table with them and don't understand what they are talking about. A bit rude, I might say. Very old school and wealthy Europeans. They hate that we go to Disneyland. They think it is a waste of time. :(
NO three stooges?? NO Disney??? ya can't grow up without that stuff!!!
Jeez No mickey Mouse? Well He will just have to catch up, I suggest one two week stay every other month for the next year or so...and be sure to invite the In-laW!! (WHAT?? You can't make it again?? Soorrrrryyyyy!!!)(hehehe)

OOOOOH! I get it now... That's what I love about flying too. Especially from where I'm living now. It's less than a two hour flight from BWI to MCO, and I only live a few minutes from BWI. Basically, I'm in WDW within a few hours of leaving my house just give or take a little depending on how long I linger in MCO (there's such good shopping there!) and whether I smoke one or two cigarettes before getting on the bus or catching a cab to my hotel! :p:

As the parent of a young and well-behaved foodie I hate rules like that based on age. Someone else can take their poorly brought up teenager to the restaurant but my kid isn't allowed? I'm sorry some people's children don't know how to behave, but exculde them (and the older ones as well) based on behavior and let properly brought up people of all ages enjoy the restaurants.

Well, I do have to sort of agree on this rule. I honestly cannot imagine any young child being able to truely enjoy themselves at Victoria and Albert's. Now I do realize there are little ones out there who enjoy a wider range of foods beyond typical children's fare (I wasn't one of them when I was little, unfortunately), but think of this: there are other fancy restaurants on property that do allow children. There's Jiko, Artist's Point, California Grill, and The Brown Derby. So you do have other options to for your child if you want.
