Ketchup or Diaper...
On my second day of training on the college program I was working the hotdog wagon in Fro-Land when a lady started changing her baby on the condiment wagon...you know where the ketchup and mustard is and the napkins and relish...My trainer grabbed my shoulder cause she saw the look on my face. I just wanted to say...How ****in' stupid are you!!!! People put their food on there!!! Once she left I got the whole little bucket of sturbac blue and just poured it on the stand...

I remember Simple Green!! We used to use it in Food Service - but for the life of me, I can't remember what we used it for! Maybe that's why it was removed from order forms. But, man alive, it did smell good!

we use it in our sanitizing sink of the 3 compartment sink system (wash/rince/sanitize). I remember hearing once that something has to be in the soloution for a total of a minute to be sanitized. Not sure if this is true or not though.

I think we used to scrub the ground with Simple Green as well since it was biodegradable and all... but then they stopped that. Now, NOTHING can go down outside drains besides clean water. Theoretically, you have to completely sweep an area before you hose it down! Ha! You should have seen the entire park after the firestorms!!

If i remember from my days of Togo's correctly, it was at least 20-30 seconds, two years of togos/baskin robins, i knew the store like the back of my hand. If it was raining, i knew that at the start of my shift i had to go a put a bucket in a certain spot, because by 6:00pm, there would be this 5 second collom of water, just like if it had come out of a faucet.
