A place to be entertained. Videos, jokes, games, and more.
Forum rules
At the old Disney Hyperion Studio, the screening room where animators would show animated scenes to Walt for his approval was small, with no ventilation or AC. Not only was it hot, but the animators were nervously awaiting Walt's reaction to their work. Thus, the room became known as the Sweatbox. Even after the Studio moved to Burbank and elegant screening rooms were offered to the staff, the moniker remained.
Now SGT has a sweatbox of our own. This is the place to find and post all entertaining topics such as video links, jokes, games, and the like. A general rule of thumb is that if the thread is meant to be informative (interesting news stories for example), or a topic for discussion (like setting up a park meet) then it should go in the Break Room, but if the intent is to entertain the masses then it's home is The Sweatbox. I'm sure there will be grey areas at times, so if you have doubt as to where a new thread should go, just use your best judgement and the SGT Staff will be glad to move it later if you guessed wrong.

Setting here remembering the animated duck thread and how crazy that got.
I am tired of begging and tired of real life problems that make it hard for me to be on the internet as I am out of energy and hurting, sleep most of the day.

I heard the gardeners so I was writing out their monthly check. All that time my mother had a fit because I would not run out and greet them. I was writing very important but mom demanded I take the trash out. It was sitting out there on the curb, the gardeners put the 4 trash cans but not the recyclables but that is dry trash.
Dinner
Mom: Put the trash cans out.
Me: There are four trash cans out there, two on either side of the neighbor's car.
Mom: I only see two.
Me: there are 4 trashcans out there
Mom: You need to put them in the driveway,
Me sighs: I said that all 4 trashcans are on the curb in the street. How much further in the street do you want them.
It got so bad that I hit the back of my wrist on the wall a couple of times but she is so SG that she does not understand.
I am so wanting to check into a motel for a hot bath and peace and quiet,
Hugs Papura

Churchy,
Have you ever looked into respite care from the county? Contact social services to see if they offer it.

My dear Vixen,
As I write this it is currently 31 degrees outside, and it will get down to 17 tonight. There is an icy wind blowing. Tomorrow it will get up to 52 with a low tomorrow night of 33. By Monday it will be back up to 70 degrees during the day, so wait until Monday before moving to Florida. :)

Oh yeah that would be a better bet since the temps in Orlando are gonna be like 29* tonite. BRRRRRRR!!!!!! Poor ppl on vacation down there.
I still have to take down my upsidedown tree (which btw has withstood 60MPH winds tied down with 50lb fishing line---i need to call that company and compliment their product) and all my other lights. That is, I will take them down if it ever stops snowing. I sure in hell aint going out there with the temps we are having either. ***SHIVER SHIVER SHIVER
