Those are some great looking monorails! Anyone know if/when WDW might get them?

The retro design is interesting but personally I prefer WDW's monorails. Me and my friends each have a monorail that is "us". I am monorail Red... ;)

DLR has the odd number series while WDW has the even numbers. There are major differences between them, the WDW cars are much larger than the DLR ones.

The title is wrong; it should be the Mark VII (7), not XII (12).

A key question is will the train be able to handle more than one wheelchair/ECV at a time?

And, most important, at DLR the monorail is an attraction while at WDW it is transportation. And at DLR it is quite a hike from any hotel to the monorail.

Five minutes? It's a nice stroll that gets your heart started for the day.

Wow, that is pretty. Now I need to go back!

Congrats to our DLR friends!

Now I DO feel old! I remember staying at the Disneyland Hotel, and walking to the front of the hotel and getting on the monorail! It seemed closer!

They look slick though I don't really like the paint scheme. The color is to dark and there is to much of it. I'd like them better if they were painted mostly white with a colored stripe like the WDW trains.

I think it looks nice, I guess they wanted a different paint scheme so that guests could pick out the "New" ones.

plus CM's can now say that it is NEW paint technology that allows the monorail to "slip" through the air with more energy saving efficency!!

I like them, it's a good change and makes them stand out. I want one to put up around the house...
