I'm missing my stapler too! I used to have a desk by the windows where I could see the squirrels and they were married...

(FYI you can buy the RED swingline stapler on some of the GEEK web sites!!)

Heck, there's a box of Office Space stuff available at various bookstores that has a PC Load Letter error sign, TPS report covers, assorted Flair, and yes, a Red Swingline Stapler.

Trivia note: Swingline never made a red stapler before the movie came out. It was due to all the requests following the release of Office Space that finally led them to make them.

I know, some of the stuff is great!! (Right after the movie came out, we spray painted some staplers at work red!!) It took a while for people to catch on!!

I didn't know about that set until I was in a guy's office at the Smithsonian last year working on his machine. On my way out, I realized that, over his door, he had a big banner that said "Is it good for the company?" :D:
