Ever say "yes" to a guest just to get them to go a
I hate guests who will ask you a question, like "do they have funnel cakes at *name of another location*" and when you tell them no, they say "you don't know?" or "you're not sure?" so then they ask the cm standing right next to you. I'm like no, I didn't say I'm not sure, I just said no, as in no they don't. Today we had a guest who asked 3 other cms I was standing next to a question like that, so I just told her the answer was yes. Sometimes the best answer isn't the right answer, it's whatever will make the annoying guests go away quicker...
God must love stupid people. He made so many of them.

I'd always be upfront with the guests when they asked me stuff (unless they were pissing me off), and it'd drive me nuts when you give people a straight answer, and they didn't believe you - like they thought you were giving a "Disney policy" answer, or you were joking, or you were guessing.
I'd usually tell them to their face, "if you don't believe me, then don't ask me."
Then I'd walk away and kick the nearest child...

People on the Canoes always claimed we were on a track. So we told them to point to a rock somewhere on the River.
Once they selected one, we rammed the canoe into it. Then we told them to pick another rock. We would run into that one too. We did this until they conceded.
It's the extra mile we go to for our guests that sets us apart from other theme parks.

Down broken. Later back check.
I hate that! If they're so convinced that they're right, why the heck to they bother asking the question in the first place? And if one of us tells them a definitive answer to their question, why would the two CMs next to me tell them a different answer?

I want to tell them, "If you didn't believe me about what I was going to tell you, then why did you waste both of our times by asking me" or something stupid like that.
That's great :)
