That's very similar to crime in Chelsea and Greenwich Village in NYC. From time to time a man may steal your purse...
but only because it doesn't match your shoes!
He'll say "You'll thank me later!!!"

As an ADD switch back to the topic (as I'm too young to add anything to the record/8 track/barry conversation):
I would normally be asleep right now, but instead I'm online trying to order Nightmare Before Christmas ornaments and a Pooh and Friends tree skirt (they sold out of the Mickey & Minnie tree topper! :mad :) and it's not working...so I end up calling disneyshopping.com Guest Relations to sort it out. The lady was very nice and seemed to like how chipper I am when dealing with CM's. I explained that we love CM's, and we love Disney! So, long story short, I thought she seemed really cool and she told me that her roommate is a CM too, so I told her that they should check out SGT. I hope she does! (She said she would) I know the Marsupial Welcoming Committee loves any excuse to spring into action! :p:

I also have an 8 track recorder in the shed.
I can go you one better on both. I just ordered a turntable so that I can make MP3s of a huge record collection (gathering dust). BTW this turntable actually has a USB output.
And not only do I still have an 8track player in the closet but I still have a QUAD 8 track player. The Quad played 2 normal stereo tracks into the front and rear speakers. I only ever had one 8 track that was quad and that was a demo tape. Maybe it is time for me to get that player out of the closet and then get the box of 8 tracks off the shelf and dub them to the computer. I know that some of the tapes I have rebought on CD, but there are a bunch that have never been rereleased.
