You may be right about that. The other place at #1 has so many posters they will keep their place there, I am sure, NOT because it IS the best place, but because so many people are rating it the best. Quantity, not Quality! :twisted:

I got this for voting at thedisneyportalsite. It seems they update every week. That is how the list gets made up.
