Help with some trivia!

Ok so I'm doing tis stupid trivia game and I am completely stumped on two of the questions. It's driving me crazy that I don't remember these.

1) In Lady and the Tramp, what was Jock's proper name?

2)Dory forgetfully uses what five names when refering to Nemo (I already got Chico and Fabio. What were the other three?)

1-Can't think of one off the top of my head, all the times I can think of he was just called Jock

2-(and I believe these are in order, but I'm not getting the DVD out to check) Bingo, Chico, Harpo, Fabio and Elmo, then in the extras- Burrito, Pesto

if my vcr was hooked up I'd get Jock's proper name... it's right after he and trusty propose to lady when she returns from the pound...
