Could someone please tell me what dates we're looking at? I want to check conditions at the Big Toaster for them, but don't know when to look.

WDW is doing it, yep!

Zazu - I'm looking at March 3 through 13. I've seen some people here say they might be able to visit then, but no one seems to be able to during February.

With March 3 - 13, it appears that that is going to be slower time than later in March. Right now, with Hotwire, for instance, it's showing a nice, $323 per person fare. We're working on getting an account and a couple treasurers together, and once we get that, we'll swoop in and grab the flight. I think we have enough people having donated so far to pay both airfares and then some. Woohoo!

With departure after March 3, the price goes up drastically, which tells me it's probably going to start getting busier very quickly, and while it's good to have people, it's also nice to not be too crowded.

So those who can visit in March, take a look at March 3 - 13.

Yeah, you want to get them in and out of there before spring breakers take over the parks.

Good heavens... the Spring Breakers, then the Brazilians, then the Argentina teen groups, back to the Brazilians, and then a nice, thirty-minute wait for Soarin' at 11:00 in the morning.

Cheerleaders come in early December, I think.

I have an idea, and wanted your opinion. I have told very few people at Disney World about this plan, but some of them would like to help. During one of these conversations, a manager walked in, loved the idea and wants me to get in touch with Eyes and Ears. Since I don't care to send most managers here (nothing personal, I swear), I was wondering if anyone who is good at web programming might be interested in helping set up a Bubble Ladies website, where we can track donations, maybe even accept them through a system much like the Amazon system here. Then, once we have them at Disney World, we would give them the website, maintain it for them, just as a thank you gift. Anyone else have opinions on this?

I love that idea, BW! I'm good with XHTML and some basic PHP and JavaScript. I don't know how the donation thing works but I could probably learn it. Somebody is going to have to provide the space though, I don't have any.

Okay, I have a fancy Amazon.com pay button set up for a place to donate until we get the bank accounts set up. It's very similar to how you can donate to SGT, very easy to do.

So now, without further ado, you can donate (one second) and we can all see how much is being donated to see the Bubble Ladies come to Disney World.

Let me know if that link doesn't work.

I will give a daily report on what happens!

Oh, and I've created a calendar entry.
