I know you guys don't hear this nearly enough... but you all ROCK!
Scheduling likes to throw me into ODV for about 2 weeks straight every few months... and each time I'm left with more and more appreciation for the places I normally work!!! And LOTS more appreciation for all those who have to put up with vending shifts all year long.
Two more ODV shifts next week, and then hopefully that'll be it, at least til the summer! *knocks on wood*

I hope you're able to be someplace else in 6 months. My first 20 or so ODV shifts (about two years ago) I actually LOVED... now each time I hate the ODV department more and more, love my department more and more, and start looking at other jobs more and more  I actually have been thinking about trying to find out more about working with the draft horses... haven't found anyone who can tell me who to talk to tho. I don't know how hard it is to get into either or how much experience you need, but I've had over 12 years experience of working with horses, so hopefully that'd be enough. I just need OUT of foods!
God must love stupid people. He made so many of them.

Are you talking about the horses at Circle D, if so, you can just talk to the Circle D manager and let them know of your experience with horses. They are always looking for good, experienced people to work back in the Ranch with the animals.SpaceRanger wrote:I actually have been thinking about trying to find out more about working with the draft horses... haven't found anyone who can tell me who to talk to tho.
