positive comments for cms
Hi, where can I send a letter of gratitude towards some CMs who went above and beyond during our trip last week? Is there someone I can email. We didn't have one negative experience with any CM but we are not SGs either and we stick to the rules, something beyond the grasp of some guests I saw there. There were a few CMs that stick out in my memory, however, and I want to thank them. There were two bus drivers we loved and one safari driver in particular. Thanks, Christine

Ooh! Ooh! Describe the drivers! I am getting to know the schtick of all the good ones...
My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?

While this email address certainly works, you'll get more bang for your buck if you send a real letter to:leftcoaster wrote:[email protected]

Very few people send actual letters any more, so this counts for a bit more than email.

Plus, in this day and age, a stamp means you mean it.Zazu wrote:Very few people send actual letters any more, so this counts for a bit more than email.

So I should put the envelope on the ground and jump up and down on it a few times?Big Wallaby wrote:Plus, in this day and age, a stamp means you mean it.

Thanks, I'll mail it. Everyone at DW was great, atleast all the employees. Some of the other guests were less than great and I was disgusted, at times, by some of the behavior I saw and the attitude of some guests toward the CMs. One woman in line waiting for a parade said to her friend "well, they get paid, don't they?" referring to an employee and I thought to myself "probably not enough to have to deal with the likes of you everyday" We made a point of saying thank you to every employee we encountered because I feel everyone there contributed to our vacation being as happy as it was. All the bus drivers were great but two or three in particular went out of their way to be kind to my sons, one of whom is autistic and two of them were absolutely hysterical. I believe it's entirely possible atleast one of them is reading this, so thanks, really. Christine
