About 2½ years ago, at the Disney Shareholder's Meeting in Minneapolis, The following was part of a long question I had asked Mikey:
"Unfortunately for the newer attraction, Disney Entertainment has come up with a walk-around Figment which towers over guests at 6 feet 9 inches tall, all because they wanted a 'huggable' Figment character. The result was a big freaky Figment, blown up entirely out of proportion, much like the one that you ordered shelved back in the 1980s. On the Internet, it has been nicknamed 'Figzilla'!
It’s not that people don’t like 'huggable' characters; in fact, I’d personally love a 'huggable' Jessica Rabbit. (Anyway...)
As for Figment and Dreamfinder, they always belonged together; they were created to play off of each other. Figment was always intended to be tiny, an extension of Dreamfinder, not a stand alone, overblown, ‘Barney dinosaur wannabe’."

Unfortunately the poor Figzilla CM was only 5'3"!!! Lots of neck injuries on that one!

It's filed under "Disney Characters". Look for "Judge Frollo" (and hope he isn't looking for you)! :frollo:Big Wallaby wrote:Where's the :judge smiley?

If they'd put in a huggable Jessica, then my DH would take us EVERY year and not just EVERY OTHER year. In fact, we might get in MORE than one trip a year. And I don't think he would be unique in that. Might be a marketing idea Disney should consider.

Re: The Official JeffLuvzAriel Hot CM Pics Thread and Disney Tips/Secrets.CM HUGS!
That reminds me, I was greeter at Roger Rabbit one day when a few college guys came up, looked at the ride and turned around to leave. One of them however, while his buddies were leaving, turned and asked me, "Is his girlfriend in here?" I asked if he meant Jessica Rabbit, he said yes, so I told him she was and he hollered after his buddies and told them they should go on it cause she's on it. It cracked me up.
