:mickey: honestly, i just want to take the time to say what a great time i had on monday...icsp couldn't have been nicer and neither could her hubby...the segway thing got off to a kind of rocky start, but, hey, for me it was the middle of the night ;) ...once there was no more sudden stopping i was fine...(actually, once the chick adjusted the handlebar it felt much better)...
the park seemed empty for most of the day...amazing, huh? and lunch was terrific with purp and cb there too! :pirate1: i think a good time was had by all (at least i did..i hope the others did too)... :dancear:
we ran into cms we knew and some cms we knew ran into us (hi alpine d! was great to see you out of costume and to let us know who you were too!) :D:
:mickey: i hope we haven't seen the last of you icsp & hubby...and we'll be looking for you purp

I got your back sista...
I will beat the "hook em horn" fans down like a redheaded step...wait, i'm a redhead, i should probably come up with another analogy...
i'll make them conform to my wishes like a blond on prom night thinking that a golden shower is guys who throw gold jewelry at their underage drunk asses.
I'm just sayin...

This isn't a conversation that has anything to do with me, but I have to say, the way ICSP comes up with analogies that do not involve red hair is downright scary. Dare I ask where you got the inspiration (I use the term loosely) for that?
My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?

It's cause she's a redhead, but she's no Stepchild!

I saw Alyssa yesterday when I went in to change for my shift. She got confused about the time I think... But I told her we had had fun and thought about her on her birthday. She even showed me her birthday button.

Re: Schedules for CM's 9/7 - 9/10 (Disneyland)
Well... what happened was that we were at DCA around 1:15ish, and decided "Hey, we have time to get on Tower before lunch" and wound up not being able to get to the Blue Bayou until 2:05. Since I failed to ask what name the Priority Seating was under, all i could tell them was that I was part of a group of 10 for 2:00. The Hostess said that the only thing she had matching that description was for 2:40, so we went on Pirates and came back at 2:30. Eventually I decided to just give up and get a table for 4, which thankfully didn't take long, even without Priority Seating.

:D: the photos are up on our myspace page...i'm very sorry to say that the ones taken in the bb came out so poorly as to not be really viewable at all (i didn't want to use my flash in there and spoil the mood
)...but there is also a small video clip where you can kind of see icsp...she even waved at me...can see hubby too :D: )...i even scanned in the group shot of the segway tour...we looked so chic in our headwear ;)
ah, if only i could figure how to shrink some of the pics down to fit here...
anyone wanna give a lesson? :D:

OK, now that my DSL is up & running again, allow me to add my two cents...
I had a GREAT time!
I have to tell you I was SUPER-STRESSED to be meeting "new" people...
cuz what was supposed to be a "nice to meet you" kinda thing BLEW way up! Elena was on my case about behaving myself, which translates into:
"DON'T BE YOURSELF"...
AAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRHHHHHHHHHHH!!! TOO MUCH PRESSURE!!!!!
However, I didn't listen to my "older" ;) sister & went with being just me. I felt very comfy in my skin. ICSP & Hubby seemed quite willing to accept me as is...Apparently, ICSP is crazy too & we all got on better than I could have hoped. It was sad to watch them leave...almost like waking from a wonderful dream! I can't pick a specific portion of the day that was better of than any other portion of the day...it all seemed to flow so nicely. The weather was beautiful, the park uncrowded, the company fabulous...who could possibly ask for more? (Except, just possibly, getting to hang out with ICSP & hubby again & again & again... :D: )
:skellingt
Would you like to see something strange?
